More details unfold with local Verizon store burglary

RHINELANDER - Rhinelander investigators believe a Cudahy man who is charged with breaking into a Rhinelander Verizon store last month has ties the Latin King gang. 34 year old Siphanh Phongsavath appeared in Oneida County court Thursday. His bail was set to $125,000. Full story: WJFW
