Emergency response training

RHINELANDER - First responders want to be prepared for emergencies. Thursday, the Rhinelander Fire Department teamed up with the Expera Emergency Response Team and Nicolet Technical College to train for an emergency at the paper mill. It simulated someone getting hurt while performing duties in a confined space. Full story: WJFW
