Bill to encourage minors to call for help, even if they've been drinking

MADISON - Even though they're not supposed to, people under 21 sometimes drink. When an emergency comes up, they may be afraid to call the police. A hearing in the state Senate on a bill that could give some immunity to underage drinkers will happen Wednesday. Full story: WJFW
