UPDATE:Diapers and baby clothes found in suspicious duffel bag inside courthouse

RHINELANDER - Dozens of people evacuated the Oneida County Courthouse in Rhinelander yesterday. We now know the suspicious bag that forced the evacuation was harmless. It contained only diapers and baby clothes. Full story: WJFW
