Gov. Walker signs law that got its start in Eagle River

EAGLE RIVER - Wisconsin law allows police to take cars for many reasons, like when prostitution may be involved. They can use those cars as evidence in court. But until this week, police weren't legally able to take cars of people accused of child enticement. Full story: WJFW
