Walker signs bill creating Silver Alert

MADISON - A new system to send alerts when an at-risk adult has gone missing will be created under a bill Gov. Scott Walker has signed into law. Walker signed the bill Friday in Green Bay. It creates a Silver Alert program that would operate similar to the Amber Alert system for missing children. Full story: WJFW
