Gov. Walker orders flags lowered to honor death of former governor

ACROSS WISCONSIN - Governor Scott Walker will order flags to half-staff Tuesday to honor the passing of former Wisconsin Governor Patrick Lucey. The Wisconsin Democrat governed Wisconsin from 1971 to 1977. Full story: WJFW
