Convicted felon runs for Congress

MILWAUKEE - Convicted felon and former state Sen. Gary George is running for Congress in Milwaukee against fellow Democrat U.S. Rep. Gwen Moore.

George filed signatures Monday to get on the ballot to challenge Moore for the 4th Congressional District seat she's held since 2005.
