Researchers use an area lake to test bacteria that would kill zebra mussels

FLORENCE COUNTY - Researchers might use a bacteria to kill zebra mussels in a Northern Wisconsin lake.

State agricultural officials will review whether to experiment with the bacteria. Researchers want to use the bacteria in Keyes Lake in Florence County next month.
