Ho-Chunk ordered to end video poker in Madison

MADISON - The Ho-Chunk Nation has been ordered to stop offering video poker games at its Madison casino.

The state Department of Justice argued in federal court that the game PokerPro is a Class III card game and therefore prohibited under the terms of the tribe's gaming compact.
