City leaders considering a 72-unit apartment complex

RHINELANDER - A developer wants to build a 72-unit apartment complex in Rhinelander. The city and the developer haven't finalized an agreement yet. City leaders will hold a special meeting Monday night to discuss the project.

The city council could reach an agreement with the developer Monday night.
