Fire caused $15m damage to government building

MADISON - State officials say a fire in a Madison government building in May caused about $15 million in damage.

The Madison Fire Department initially estimated the damage at $350,000. But the state Department of Administration released a statement Thursday saying the damage estimate grew as the agency spoke with the state's insurance provider.
