Wider sidewalks, new street layout will be presented to people in Rhinelander

RHINELANDER - Downtown Rhinelander's new look could include wider sidewalks, outdoor restaurant seating, and even turning Brown Street into a one-way street.

A major utility reconstruction project will start in 2016.
