State's fight over same-sex marriage put on fast track

MADISON - A federal appeals court is putting Wisconsin's fight over gay marriage on a fast track and combining it with a similar case from Indiana.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that means the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals could decide the issue by the November election for governor.
