Preparing for winter, locking in propane prices

RHINELANDER - In just a few months, people will need to start heating their homes again.

Last winter's propane shortage has a lot of people worried about not having enough affordable gas. Prices reached record numbers and there wasn't enough propane coming into the Midwest.

Some propane dealers think this year might not be any better.
