EAGLE RIVER - Superheroes and villains hit the water in homemade boats at the Pitlik Polish Regatta today.
Hundreds of people dressed in their wackiest outfits for the 15th annual event. Competitors tested their skills on the land first. Then, their score carried over into the boat race.
