Morning Meals with Marisa - Part 2

MERRILL - Skippers Restaurant has been a staple in Merrill since back in 1937. The dish they're most known for is their delicious ham.

Skippers consultant Judy Erno explains, "The ham is tumbled and slow roasted here and it is served in a large chunk."
