Evers unveils plan for bridging achievement gap

MADISON - State Superintendent Tony Evers has unveiled a plan for addressing Wisconsin's achievement gap between white and minority students in public schools.

Evers released the plan Thursday during his annual state of education speech.

The report is the work of a task force Evers formed in April to study the issue and come back with recommendations.
