Northwoods pool hopes community donations will build caregiver locker room

PHILLIPS - The Phillips Area Community Pool wants give everyone the chance to swim.

But their facility needs some big updates.

"One thing about this project is it has the ability to help people of all ages," said Phillips Area Aquatic Center member Kim Mess.
