$2 million for accused Low murder

FOREST COUNTY - Kristopher Torgerson likely won't get out of prison for a while.

Torgerson is the man now charged with killing Stephanie Low four years ago. Low had disappeared from her Wausau apartment and remained missing for years.

Torgerson is already in state prison for another crime. Wednesday, a judge slapped a $2 million cash bond on him in Low's murder case.
