Deer advisory council recommendations due soon

MADISON - Wisconsin's deer advisory councils will come up with local goals for the state's deer herd this month.

Each county has a council that will put together recommendations for the Department of Natural Resources.

They can suggest reducing the local herd, maintaining its size or increasing the number of deer.
