People and businesses in the Northwoods celebrate Giving Tuesday

RHINELANDER - A lot of people in the Northwoods kicked off the holiday season with shopping days like Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

But some think the holidays shouldn't be all about shopping.

"It's more about family, it's more about giving, it's about believing," says Salvation Army bell ringer Aprelle Rawski.
