Walker in Minocqua speech: administration's focus shifts from jobs to workforce

MINOCQUA - Gov. Scott Walker told northern Wisconsin on Thursday that the theme of his administration has changed since his election four years ago.

In 2010, Walker said, it was "jobs, jobs, jobs."

Now, it's different.
