Phillips man faces multiple felonies for sexually assaulting a child younger than 13

PHILLIPS - Prosecutors think a Phillips man sexually assaulted a young girl multiple times.

41-year-old Douglas Makovsky is charged with four felonies for sexually assaulting a child younger than 13.

Makovsky was in Price County court on Friday.
