Fungus that causes deadly white-nose syndrome in bats found in southern Wisconsin

WISCONSIN - A deadly bat disease could hurt bat populations in Wisconsin.

Once white-nose syndrome is found in a cave, more than 90% of bats in that cave could die.

White-nose syndrome has already hurt bat populations in some eastern and southern states.
